"Aperitif ricotta" offered by Casa Mozzarella and demonstration of artisanal production of mozzarella made with milk from Geneva.

After the screening of the documentary Pagani, the ritual and traditional sounds of the "Tammorra" will invade the market place of Carouge. The group Vincenzo Romano - il Cantore pellegrino will carry away the so-called "Italian" city with a hypnotic and engaging music, Mediterranean, universal and individual, pagan and religious. A percussion instrument, the "tammorra" will offer all its sounds encouraging social cohesion and collective spirit, moving borders and questioning today's world.
