This exceptionally refined installation, already created for the Museum of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, offers a sensory, meditative and poetic experience. The plastic artist creates worlds from dried plants and flowers that are barely fixed, where the slightest breath of air creates a diffuse movement. The kinetic installation is meticulous and highly technical despite its appearance, calling into question the materiality of suspended elements and plunging visitors into an imaginary universe.
Lionel Stocard is a plastic artist who creates installations that are conducive to reverie. Both highly technical and meticulous, they make us forget their materiality to transport us into an imaginary and poetic world where time seems to be suspended, where gravity seems to disappear.
