Recreate the solar system!

Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune! Imagine the planets that surround us and come and recreate your own solar system! A whole universe will open up to you at La Librerit.  At La Librerit, the afternoon will be magical and creative thanks to the valuable tips of Carole Aufranc.

Carole Aufranc is an illustrator based above Lake Morat in Switzerland. After a Bachelor’s degree in illustration in Lausanne, she specialised with a Master’s degree in children's book illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. She creates works for all types of media: children’s books, stationery, magazines, textiles... Her illustrations are handmade with a technique that combines paper cutting and collage. Her unique and delicate style can be described as a mixture of fresh colours, soft atmospheres and clean forms. Over the years, Carole Aufranc has developed her skills based on her love of nature, Nordic simplicity and mid-20th century art.
